Free man or property?

The second wife is like a mistress, but one that has taken over a family and made it her own. First he lusts, moves in with her, marries her, and then gives her the family name. No longer is this man free as he was with his first family where love, repentance, and forgiveness abound. He has become property like Abraham and Jacob would have been if they had they moved in with Hagar and Leah. Jesus tried to warn men about this because he loved them, but most thought that he was trying to mistreat them with his words. Their perception of what Jesus said was backward.
