Husbands – walk with God

Fathers do not divorce your first wife, move in with, and let another woman separate your family and separate your children from you.

(Genesis 6:9, “These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.”)

Abandonment has nothing to do with love.

Alone

Mothers and Daughters of God do not divorce your husband, move in with, and let another man take over and separate your family. Everyone needs time alone, so separation is sometimes needed for all of us. My prayer is that the other women will leave the husbands alone so that they have the time to grow and later return to their families. My husband’s step-mother said that my husband’s father “was alone” and used this as her excuse for getting involved with him. This happened while my husband’s mother was away at a hospital with a complicated pregnancy that would give life to my husband. Ladies, is this love? Did this woman really love my husband’s father? Did she love my husband or my husband’s mother? No, when it requires the break-up of a family to get what you want, it is definitely not LOVE! #Save the first family!

Mothers that have committed adultery must make decisions. In many different circumstances, she will have to decide whether her children with her first husband or her children with her second husband come first. Mary, Jesus’ mother who never committed adultery, is a great example for women to follow. She never abandoned her first born son, Jesus, for Joseph’s children. She stayed with all of her children until they were mature enough to live without her, but Jesus was first in her life. John 19:26-27, “When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, “Woman, behold thy son!” Then saith he to the disciple, “Behold thy mother!” And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.” Mary did not stay with the children that she had with Joseph after Jesus died on the cross. She stayed with Jesus indirectly through John, the disciple that he loved. (John’s mother may have died or she may have abandoned him for the children that she had with another man, I do not know.) A woman’s devotion must always be to the children of her first husband and not to the children of any other man. A man is never supposed to marry a divorced woman and if he does, his children with the divorced woman are his responsibility to support. Women must not give everything that they have to their second husband and his children with her. But remember that our laws around the world are set up for the benefit of the second family and to ensure that the children of the adulterous marriage do indeed become the primary heirs. Decisions…decisions? Jesus came for the “first family”. #Save the first family!

Why didn’t Jesus say “Israel”?

Jesus said in Matthew 8:11-12, “That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

It is important to note here that Jesus did not call Jacob “Israel”. It is the children of the house of Israel (Jacob) that established the “legal” family laws that countries around the world embrace today. Jesus said that he came for “the lost children of the house of Israel”, the children of Jacob’s second family with Leah, Jacob’s second wife.

Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are our examples of family, fatherhood, and family men. The children of the kingdom are the ones that accept the family laws of this world and embrace them because these laws benefit them the most. Our laws are written for the destruction of the first family and not the maintenance of the entire family. Jesus spoke out against our existing family laws that were in effect 2000 years ago.

Our children need our help and our protection! Click the link and buy a copy of the book called “The Step-Father’s Step-Son: A Story for Women” to learn more about this problem and how to fix it.

Children of this world

Jesus said in Luke 20: 34-36, “The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.” Jesus is telling you what I have been trying to say – the natural family matters more than the “legal” family. Marriage as we do it in this world means little to nothing. Family requires commitment – more than a piece of paper, a wedding ring, and a justice of the peace or minister. We must respect every member of the family, not just the one with whom we would like to commit adultery. This is the difference between the children of this world and the children of God.
