Do you worship Jesus in vain?

“Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandments of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.” (Mark 7:6-8)

It is a tradition to have only one wife at a time. Men go from woman to woman until they finally make the commitment to marry. Other men divorce their first wife and marry another. Does anyone ever stop to think about the possibility that any of these women may have become pregnant with a child? How many of our men will walk away from their own children – both born and unborn? These children become the sole responsibility of the mother alone. Worse still, how many of these pregnant women will make the decision to eliminate this little child from their body by abortion?

Woe to our mothers and fathers that permit the killing of their own children! It is time for our men to start accepting responsibility for all of their wives and all of their children and not just the children that they father with the woman with whom they currently reside.A second wife must always come second and not first. Family members are not disposable. Save the first family!
