Adults are responsible

Adultery is a sin against children, against a spouse, and against God’s family. Anyone that separates a family has committed adultery.

Jesus said in Matthew 18:6-7, “But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe unto the world because of offences! For it must needs be that offences come, but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh. ”

For adults the offence against children could be to move in with or to marry another man’s divorced wife. Statistics prove that step-parents and live in boyfriends are much more likely to abuse step-children! Do not bring an unrelated adult into the family home to replace your spouse. Protect your children!
