I believe, based upon the following scriptures, that our salvation depends upon us keeping the first family intact and not giving unrelated strangers the opportunity to move into the family home.
Jesus said in Matthew 19:9-12, “”And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.” His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry. But he said unto them, “All men cannot receive this saying, save them to who it is given. For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother’s womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.””
Our first family is so important that Jesus suggested castration. Our child sex offenders and rapists do not need to live a life in prison because castration is an option. But I must say that I do not believe that our sons would do these these things if adultery had not affected their childhood and their lives. Also, our priests, should consider castration as an option since they choose not to marry. The men that choose to make themselves eunuchs are the ones that know that they cannot keep their family together unless they do become castrated. They choose heaven over another woman. This is what I believe that Jesus was saying. What do you think that Jesus was trying to tell his disciples?
