Your first family is very important. Don’t let another man or another woman separate the first family. Our children need fathers and mothers – not a step-mother or a step-father. Unfortunately, generation after generation of parents have chosen adultery over their children with their first spouse. Our children are given a terrible burden to carry alone. Can you image what it must be like to have a parent that is a parent, but isn’t a parent because they are living with an unrelated adult? Which is more important…the second wife or the children of the first family? What about a second husband – something that should never happen? Based on Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Jesus’ family, I can say with confidence that the children of the first family are more important than a second wife and most definitely, a second husband.
